WHY DO I NEED A LAWYER?
REAL ESTATE is a major investment. While at times home or business owners may be able to negotiate what they consider a fair price for a property without representation—most often, owners will not maximize compensation from the government without a lawyer experienced in Eminent Domain, an unusual area of law with its own unique rules regarding compensation.
Do not risk losing money to the government on one of your biggest investments! To reach the optimal net result from a city, state or federal government body(dollars in your hand) in an eminent domain case, you should be represented by a competent, knowledgeable Eminent Domain attorney who can help you understand the full extent of compensation for which you may be entitled.

THE CACCIATORE LAW GROUP
ABOUT OUR FIRM
FOUNDED IN 1996, THE CACCIATORE LAW GROUP has developed an outstanding reputation for representing the legal interests of our clients, which include Fortune 500 companies, national corporations, small local businesses and residential property owners.
No matter who the client is, our firm's mission is always the same: to offer the best possible result, in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of hassle. By focusing our practice on eminent domain matters, working closely with our clients, and representing them in a thoroughly professional yet aggressive manner, we can deliver significant results.
Our small size gives us the ability to deliver the high quality client service. At most large law firms, your case is assigned a number and a paralegal. At the Cacciatore Law Group, your matter is filed by your name—and each case receives the attention of Mr. Cacciatore, not a paralegal. You will receive informative and prompt reports of the progress of your case, and we work efficiently to minimize your expenses.
